Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
No Return, Refund, or Exchange Except for Defective Products
Thank you for choosing our handmade products. Each item is crafted with care specifically for you. Please read our policy carefully.
Defective Products Only:
- In the rare instance that you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days from the product delivery date.
- Submit a return request with a video showcasing the unboxing of the product. Ensure the shipping label is visible, and the packaging remains sealed.
- The video should be submitted without any pause or cut to accurately capture the unboxing process and share it on trendsblendindia@gmail.com
Refund Process for Defective Products:
- For defective products, a return request must be raised within 7 days from the product delivery date.
- The refund will be credited in the original payment method within 7 days from the date of the return request or the return product delivery date, whichever is earlier.
No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges for Altered or Damaged Products:
- We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for products that have been damaged due to improper use or handling.
- Products that have been altered in any way are also not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

- Prior to making a purchase, we encourage all customers to thoroughly review product descriptions, specifications, size charts, fabric materials used, and images.

Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to Us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
